We ship in Australia and Worldwide. Email us for Worldwide shipping quotes.

All items will be processed and sent from our Moranbah, Queensland office within three business days of when payment is received. Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Within Australia

Standard Shipping

Most packages generally take two to seven business days from the time your item is posted until it arrives. Our orders are sent as parcels and include tracking. Orders take up to one week to make. If you need it sooner please email me on .

Registered Post

This option costs extra and includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery for added security. This is not an express service and generally takes two to ten business days to arrive from the time your item is posted. Let me know if you need any special postage.

Express Post

After your order is processed and sewn, express post will take one to two business days to arrive. Please refer to the Australia Post website for express post delivery service information & expected times for your state and town. For any urgent orders please email us on




The delivery time will vary depending on your location within Australia even with express post. Many orders arrive next day via express, while others take longer. This is only an estimate. Please select express if you are needing your items by a certain date followed by an email requesting an urgent delivery so we can get your order out same day.

Please email us with your name & invoice number. Alternatively you can track your express parcel through the Australia Post website with your tracking number.


Shipping Disputes

Unless you choose the registered post (signature on delivery) option, we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in transit. We take care in packaging your items, however, please contact us within five business days if your item arrives damaged to discuss options. A photograph of the damaged items will be required to assist us with our quality control.

Local Pick-up

Free local pickup is available from HQ in Moranbah. Please for pick-up location and details once you have placed your order on

  • We only accept one shipping address per sale
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • If your Australia Post tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered Little Rangers are not responsible for replacement. Any damaged goods during transit will be exchanged after the damaged product is returned to Little Rangers.
  • Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order



All of our products are handmade with care - because of this, there may be elements that add to it being one of a kind. When choosing an item, please do so with care as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact us on to discuss options. Postage costs cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged Product, Little Rangers will exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:  

  • That the Product was purchased within 14 days of faulty date.
  • You must notify Little Rangers by email with specific fault details and pictures
  • You must return the Product to Little Rangers head office
  • Little Rangers is not liable for the cost of postage to post the item back to us for an exchange, only if the item deems faulty which the item will need to be inspected first before you will be reimbursed for postage cost
  • Please read our care page to prevent damage to your pieces.
  • Little Rangers will then refund the price of the piece to you in full, replace the Product or exchange for a different Product. 
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the payment type that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Little Rangers, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Little Rangers can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when emailing us.
  • If you happen to receive a product that has been damaged through the shipment process, please email us with photographic evidence of the issue on the day of delivery or (within 24hrs) of receiving your item/s and we will work together to find the solution that best fits you. We will happily offer you a full refund, or a replacement of the product sent to you through standard post (4-10 business days) once the original item has been sent back to us for assessment.
